At Ease

Scriptural Reference: John 8:32 (KJV) "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Ephesians 4:25 (KJV) "But speaking the truth in love...."   Full sigh and deep breath.  Repeat. This is the way I am right now and since some special dear people who love me have spoken life transforming truth(s) to me.  There are occasions when we may find ourselves in conversations about our lives that has been witnessed by long-time friends, and close family relations. Our mutual proximity to one another is often a place where true bonds of emotional vulnerability and trust are created and strengthened with time. I am so grateful to JESUS for providing such an environment and persons who promote this type of atmosphere in my life. I know that this is not common. I am certain this is unique. I am not surprised that few groups, and fewer families, know this precious treasure. I celebrate JESUS grace in providing the confidante(s), companion(s), and true friend(s)...

Colossians 1:17 (kjv) "And HE is before all things, and by HIM all things subsist."   It takes prayer to quiet ones heart and mind in faith. It takes faith to quiet ones heart and mind in prayer.   I, like many believers in JESUS, am sometimes amazed at how simultaneously easy and difficult this life of faith can be. Not because of haranguing sorrow or by exultant fist shaking troubles that arrive suddenly. Nothing so roaring and rallying as that.
